This workshop will help you to manage your staff during difficult, emotional, trying or traumatic situations. Often we are exposed to people issues at work that are outside the sphere of our technical role. There will be times when team members or employees are experiencing difficulties on a social, emotional or economic level and may require support to guide and manage them through their presenting circumstances. In our current climate, we are experiencing an increase in job loss, work and home changes, gender-based violence, mental health issues and stressors that may seriously impact the person’s well being and self-worth. This workshop will assist you to have more impactful conversations and help you identify when there has been a noticeable change without team members who may require support and care. We hope this journey will give you the tools to feel more confident and comfortable with approaching such situations.
