COURSE PURPOSE

The purpose of the skills course is to prepare and equip debt collections agents to work from home effectively using strategy and technology, within the Debt Collectors’ Code of Conduct.

• Apply a debt collections strategy to optimize debt collections

• Effectively negotiate with debtors to overcome payment objections.
